Electronic·Semiconductor Hose  (PFA/PTFE Layer)

Features: Ultra-clean (plasma cleanable, nitrogen purged), ultra-lightweight and compressible, TEFLON material, suitable for suction and blowing applications, lightweight and compressible, heat-resistant up to +315°C, ultra-lightweight and compressible.

Applications: Widely used in semiconductor, new energy, photovoltaic, wind power, pharmaceutical, chemical, and related industries, compatible with various fixed or mobile equipment. Ideal for handling fine dust and small amounts of fibers; highly reactive media such as steam and fumes; industrial dust collection and suction; wafer and chip manufacturing; extraction of strong organic solvents and chemical waste gases; circulation and transport of highly corrosive, strongly acidic or alkaline, and oxidizing gases; use in clean air conditioning and ventilation systems for suction and conveying.

Advantages: Flame-retardant compliant with DIN4102-B1, GB/T2408-2008-V0, UL94-V0 (USA), and fog resistance per DIN75201B. Capable of transporting the vast majority of chemicals, excellent mechanical properties, good bend radius, outstanding aging, weathering, and ozone resistance, as well as high wear and corrosion resistance.

Technical Specifications: Tube wall: PFA/PTFE layer, fiber-free. Outer reinforcement: Internal spiral stainless steel reinforcement (SUS304L/SUS316L).
Operating temperature: -196°C to +315°C, short-term use up to approximately +350°C.
