Shop by Performance & Construction
Narrow the range by performance and construction
Use the links below to open the duct range that matches your construction and performance requirement. The working temperature and diameter are stated on each product page.
Working Temperature
Working temperature grades in the current range include 80, 150, 180, 350, 355, 390, 425, 433, 480, 696, 700, 801 and 1000 ℃.
Insulated / Non-Insulated
Insulated high-temperature duct has a thermal insulation layer; the non-insulated products are single wall constructions.
Material
Nylon, fibreglass insulated and aluminium flexible constructions.
Construction
Single wall and insulated double wall flexible duct constructions.
Diameter and Length
Diameter and length options are listed on each product page.
Connection
Flexible duct is supplied in continuous lengths and is clamped at the duct ends; the connection method is confirmed with your order.
How to Choose
How to choose a high-temperature flexible duct
Six steps to specify the right high-temperature duct for your process.
Process temperature
Establish the working temperature of the air stream first, including any surge above the normal operating temperature.
Temperature grade
Select a duct from the range graded above that temperature, for example 150 “+DEG+”, 350 “+DEG+”, 700 “+DEG+” or 1000 “+DEG+”.
Insulated or non-insulated
Choose an insulated high-temperature duct where the hot air line must be insulated, and a non-insulated duct where it is not required.
Material and construction
Confirm whether a nylon, fibreglass insulated or aluminium construction is required for the application.
Diameter, length and connection
Confirm the inside diameter, the length required for each run and how the duct will be clamped at the ends.
