QJ696 hose
Application: Used for extracting hot gases from high-temperature boilers, automobile exhaust emissions, welding fume extraction in factories, exhaust from blowers and welding gases, for exhaust equipment, engine structures, heating engines, solids such as dust, powder and fibers, gas environments such as steam and smoke, dust removal and extraction-type workshops, heater exhaust, aircraft equipment and military mixing boxes and compressors, low-pressure environments.
Properties: External clamp structure for wear resistance protection, very strong and durable, bending radius approximately equal to the outer diameter; compression ratio is 1:6.
Construction: Wall: Intrinsic Kevlar fibers, coating of high-temperature glue; external clamp structure is spiral-shaped, made of stainless steel (VA).
Temperature range: Approximately -60°C to +400°C, short-term up to approximately +450°C; it can also withstand the weight of objects. Fireproof, waterproof, acid and alkali resistant;
Flame retardant level: Complies with US UL 94-V0,
Size: Diameter 50 – 1200MM, can be of any length;
