Usage: Suitable for vacuum suction of powders, ultra-clean air, steam, steam circulation exchange systems, applicable to gaseous and liquid, solid substances such as dust, powder, fibers, chips and fine particles, gas and humid hot environments, for dust removal and suction equipment, industrial vacuum cleaners, paper and textile fibers, when used as protective tubes.
Characteristics: The interior of the hose is smooth and flat, suitable for outdoor exposure to sun, wind and rain, good resistance to ultraviolet rays and ozone, resistant to hydrolysis, flame retardant meeting the US UL94-HB standard, compliant with RoHs standards, lightweight, good flexibility, impact resistance, shock resistance, excellent resistance to acid and alkali, resistant to solvent vapor, very fluid substance, antibacterial and anti-hydrolysis, good chemical resistance, bending radius approximately equal to the outer diameter.
Construction: Helical coils, hard spring resin wrapped around the pipe wall, pipe wall: thermoplastic vulcanized rubber (TPV).
Temperature range: Approximately -40°C to +105°C, for short periods up to approximately +135°C.
