Application: Used for insulation and heat preservation guidance of hot and cold air, thermal wind circulation temperature preservation and insulation, granular drying in the plastic industry, dust removal and extraction-type workshops, heater insulation and heat preservation exhaust, exhaust from blowers, heaters, welding gas exhaust, for gas discharge equipment, engine structure, heating engines, aircraft equipment and military equipment.
Characteristics: Flame retardant in accordance with DIN4102-B1, UL94-VO in the United States, GB/T2408-2008-V0 in China, extremely good chemical resistance, wear-resistant protection, resistance to strong alkali and acid, excellent flexibility.
Construction: German technology, third-generation high-temperature resistant insulation hose, using solid-state high-temperature resistant platinum gel + aerospace-grade ceramic fibers, double-sided double-layer extrusion molding to form an inner and outer crack-resistant tube body, elastic steel wire is wrapped in the middle of the inner and outer tube walls, four layers reinforced, the middle single side filled with 25mm-50mm aerospace-grade ceramic fiber insulation non-combustible layer, the tube body ends are sealed with high-temperature resistant platinum gel to prevent the non-combustible insulation layer from flying away, the insulation and heat preservation effect meets excellent standards.
Temperature range: approximately -70℃ to +350℃.
Process: Solidified and molded at a high temperature of 450℃, third-generation German technology product.
