Check the temperature of the air stream and select a duct from the range graded for that temperature.

Insulated or non-insulated

Choose insulated duct where thermal insulation or acoustic performance is required, and non-insulated duct for general air distribution.

Inside diameter and length

Confirm the inside diameter and the length required for each duct run.

Connection method

Confirm how the duct will be connected and clamped at the duct ends and at the fan or diffuser.

What is a flexible HVAC air duct used for?
Flexible air ducts are used for HVAC air distribution, ventilation and exhaust applications. Our range covers aluminium, polyester (PET), PVC and stainless steel flexible duct, in non-insulated and insulated constructions.
What is the difference between insulated and non-insulated flexible duct?
Non-insulated flexible duct is a single wall duct used for general air distribution. Insulated flexible duct has an insulation layer around the duct and is used where thermal insulation is required; our insulated range includes R0.6, R1.0, R1.5 and R-6 grades.
Which flexible duct should I use for high-temperature exhaust?
Use a duct from the high-temperature air duct range. The working temperature is stated in the product name, and our range includes duct graded to 200 C, 350 C, 700 C and 1000 C.
What diameters and lengths are available?
Diameters and lengths are listed on each product page. Examples in our current range include 6/8/10 inch and 1.5-24 inch duct sizes, and insulated flex duct supplied in 6 m length.
